Shipping & Returns

We are 100% local aussie seller in Australia. Normally the item will be shipped the next working day from our warehouse after payment confirmed, delivery is normally 2-7 days depends on the location.

We do not have international shipping service and express post service even you wish to pay extra, thanks for your understanding.

Postage is calculated as per item. We offer free shipping service to Australian wide for the items with "free shipping" mark excluding the following postcode: 2831, 5701, 6740, 6743, 6799 and 7151.

Please provide your address correctly and your telephone number(used by the courier for missed deliveries) during checkout to avoid delay shipment.

Items over 22kg can be only delivered via road freight couriers and require to provide a postal address but not a PO Box or Parcel Locker and daytime contact number so that the courier can call the customer to confirm the delivery day. Failure to provide a postal address and a daytime contact number may caused delay for the shipment.

Please contact us if you have not received your item within 10 business days from date of purchase, we are always here to help to solve issues.

 

 

We are very confident in our product to offer you 1 year warranty for your peace of mind.

If the item is damaged during delivery and photos can be provided, we will arrange a replacement if the stock is available or issue a refund.

Please note that replacements or refunds under warranty do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided with the products or as noted on the product listing. Restocking fee will be applied if customer need to return the item because of change of mind or no proof can be provided for the return reason.
